Cancellation Policy

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. A cancellation charge equal to 10% of the total order value applies. Work already completed on custom or made-to-order products, and costs already committed for materials, shipping or services, may affect whether cancellation remains available.

An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the Return and Refund Policy where eligible.
