Shipping and Delivery Policy

We primarily deliver across North India, including Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab. Serviceability for any location must be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Charges

Delivery is charged separately and depends on the destination, product size, quantity, handling needs and available carrier. We will communicate the applicable charge before confirming the order.

Timelines

Our usual dispatch and delivery estimate is approximately two weeks after order confirmation. Ready-stock and made-to-order products may have different timelines. Delays caused by customisation, carrier conditions, weather, access restrictions or events outside our reasonable control will be communicated when known.

Receiving your order

Please ensure suitable access for furniture delivery and inspect the packaging and product promptly. Report any visible damage or incorrect item immediately with clear photographs.

Assembly

All available parts required for installation are provided. Unless agreed separately in writing, the customer is responsible for assembly and installation.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will add it to the Shopify order and share the relevant details.
